Skirting Steak
The finest Cornish skirting steak, as traditionally used in pasties mixed with potatoes, onions and swede, seasoned in a shortcrust case to produce a pasty of the highest quality.
Chicken
Tender white chicken breast blended with our tasty seasoned vegetables, normally in flakey pastry.
Cheese (V)
A tasty feast of seasoned vegetables and mature cheddar cheese encased in flakey pastry.
Vegetable (V)
Seasoned vegetables, potato, onion and swede enhanced with a generous knob of butter to provide a tasty alternative in flakey pastry.
(V) Suitable for vegetarians as manufactured using vegetable margarine.
Our shortcrust pastry, however does contain some animal fats.
All the above varieties can be made available in standard, medium and large sizes.
A cocktail size pasty, ideal for parties, functions and events can be ordered in advance and are available in the above varieties.
